After completing endless research it became apparent that there was an ever increasing demand for reliable Cleaners/Caretakers and committed Property Managers to cater for the expanding holiday home market.

‘Wrighthouse-Keeping Services’ originated from linking our surname with the synonymous figure of a lighthouse, often associated with security and ‘leading the way’. We pride ourselves on both.

Domestic, commercial and interior yacht cleaning but specialising in Holiday Home Management.  We are successfully managing over 100 cottages on behalf of their owners and agents throughout South Devon. As the months have gone by and the company has developed, our services are not just linked to holiday homes but private homes, restorations and commercial property.

WHK Services is quickly becoming one of the area’s leading brands. We work in association with the South West’s leading letting agents, namely Toad Hall Cottages, Helpful Holidays, Dartmouth Holiday Homes, Blueriver Cottages, Salcombe Holiday Homes, Blue Chip Holidays and Classic Cottages. However, we are more than happy to accept owner managed properties.
