CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Qualified, WHK staff are fully trained to deliver high standards. Flexible and attentive to detail, we currently enjoy repeat contracts from some of the regions most reputable construction companies. We currently operate throughout the entire South Devon and East Cornwall region. Fully Conversant with all current Health and Safety legislation our staff arrive on site armed with the neccesary Risk Assesments and Method Statements and wearing the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Our Builders cleans are carried out with a view to leaving the areas as close to 'Sparkle Clean' standard as possible.

All labels, stickers and residue will be removed from all windows, doors, toilets and kitchen areas. All frames will be cleaned and left clean with any paint and plaster removed. All reccesses will be wiped out and left dust free.

Kitchen areas will have all drawers and cupboards wiped clean, stickers removed and surfaces polished with tiles left shinyand grout free. Light fittings cleaned inside and out. Vinyl flooring left clean and mark free.

Staiwells and trims will be left mark free and all skirtingsand bannisters wiped clean. Doors will be wiped including all hinges and recesses. Walls and ceilings will be spot cleaned.

Skirting boards and bannisters will be washed. Walls will be wiped over and marks removed.

All floors will be thoroughly cleaned removing any paint or plaster. Glass will be left smear free. Sockets will be left clean with all dust, paint, tape and plaster removed.
