New Build Completion Cleans (builders cleans):

At WHK we will meet with you to discuss your requirements and agree a delivery date. Our builders clean will be tailored to your requirements but generally consists of the following:
We will remove all labels from bathrooms, windows, toilets and kitchens. We will clean all floors and remove any paint or plaster. Paint & Plaster will be removed from all windows. We will then clean all windows, window frames and sills. All skirting boards and doors will be washed. All sockets and switches will be cleaned and left free from paint, plaster, tape or dust. Walls and ceilings will be spot cleaned. Kitchen cupboards cleaned inside and out. Kitchen surfaces cleaned and left streak free. All toilets & bathrooms cleaned and left ready for use. Our builders cleans are taken to the standard of a sparkle clean.

End of Tenancy Cleans:

Whether you are a tenant moving out and want to get your deposit back problem-free, a landlord preparing for a new tenant to move in or even a new tenant who wants your new home deep-cleaned. Rest assured WHK have the service for you.

Office cleaning:

The office cleaning services offered by WHK embraces all aspects of office cleaning. From basic daily tasks such as washroom hygiene, to periodical cleaning, care of carpets, walls, ceilings, windows, telephones - in fact every detail that relates to the cleaning of an office building. We will meet with you on site and set up a program of cleaning to suit your requirement and budget.

Communal Cleaning:

Our communal cleaning product includes all internal & external common areas of any building with communal areas. Our tailor made package would typically include:
Vacuuming or mopping of halls and stairwells, cleaning of internal communal windows, polishing hand rails and surfaces, removal of junk mail, to sweeping the car park. Carpet cleaning is a popular 'add-on' with communal cleaning, as well as vacuuming hallway & stairs we can steam clean the carpet at a pre arranged frequency or on request.
WHK Services can also provide you with jet washing so that all hard surface areas are periodically power washed i.e. patios, paths & refuse areas and we can quote for any external window cleans that may be required.
