Health & Safety
WHK take their responsibility seriously in providing a safe and healthy environment for all your guests and it is important that all current legislation and duty of care is taken by the property owner. WHK are fully equipped and qualified to carry out the necessary work to ensure you meet current legislation and will help and advise you with any Health and Safety.
Insurance:
Your property must have public liability insurance and buildings and contents insurance. A copy of your cur-rent certificate must be supplied to WHK to keep on file.

Gas Inspection & Certification:
All gas appliances including boilers must conform to the current legislation. Please ensure all gas fittings and flues are maintained and an annual inspection is carried out by a Gas Safety registered engineer. A written record of this inspection should be kept for two years and a copy displayed in your property.

Electrical Appliances:
All electrics and electrical equipment in your property, including hard wiring, washing machine, dishwasher, micro-wave, kettle, iron and all other electrical goods should be regularly inspected by an accredited electrician. Ideally, a re-cord of inspection should be displayed in your property.
