Deep Clean

Our deep clean/spring cleaning service has been designed for those who do not need regular housekeeping, but want to freshen up their property seasonally or periodically. Our tried and tested approach divides the property into key zones that we clean in detail. You can select which areas we include, or opt for a complete deep clean including: inside windows and window frames; external windows, gutters and fascias; washing (rather than wiping) gloss work, inside cabinets, cupboards, wardrobes etc.; inside ovens, fridges, microwaves etc.; washing all tiles in bathrooms and toilets; scrubbing or polishing floors.

Housekeeping

we pride ourselves on offering meticulous and reliable housekeeping services tailored to your needs. Our dedicated team ensures your home remains clean, organized, and comfortable. We provide thorough general cleaning, including bathrooms and kitchens, as well as dishwashing, laundry, and ironing. We also handle property checks, collect mail, and take care of rubbish disposal on collection days. Additionally, we assist with decluttering and organising spaces, clean upholstery and carpets, organising window or gardening services and promptly report any maintenance issues we notice. Window Cleaning

Builders Cleans

As exciting as renovation projects are, cleaning up after the builders can be a demanding exercise. We know exactly how much dust is generated and understand the level of cleaning required to make your home habitable again. With our Builders Cleaning services, our CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) qualified staff take the stress out of the final chapter in your property refurbishment project.

In line with current health and safety legislation, our staff have the necessary Risk Assessments, Method Statements and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Within the clean they will include everything from removing labels and sticker residue from new windows to clearing any excess paint and plaster, they will wipe inside kitchen cupboards and drawers (knowing how dust manages to get everywhere), wash skirting boards and bannisters and spot clean walls and ceilings.

End of Tenancy Cleans

Whether you’re buying or selling a property or coming to the end of a tenancy agreement, we can provide a thorough cleaning service so you don’t have to worry about cleaning after you have moved out or before you move in. We will coordinate with all parties to make things as easy and seamless as possible, ensuring the property is handed over in sparkling condition using our deep clean specification.
